There are double beds in the bedrooms, allowing a total of 6 people to stay. The villa with a private pool is fully furnished, and all amenities are provided for your comfort. You can enjoy pleasant moments in your villa's private pool, or you can relax on the beaches just a 2-3 minute drive from the villa, where you can enjoy the clear blue waters and the sun. You can also visit Yalıkavak's famous seafood restaurants. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and 3 bathrooms in total:

Ground Floor: The kitchen with all appliances and equipment, an open-plan living room, 1 WC, a large terrace by the pool where you can enjoy your drinks or coffee and a private pool. The private pool also has a children's pool section.

Upper Floor: There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also a parking space for the villa at the entrance. Yalıkavak center, where you can shop and spend enjoyable times in bars and restaurants, is 2-3 km away, and Bodrum center is 15 km away.

Refundable deposit: 2000 TL. Cleaning fee (one-time): 400 TL. Electricity is charged according to usage and is paid by the tenant at Aydem prices. The villa is only available for seasonal rental between May 15 and August 31. The water fee is also the responsibility of the tenant and is charged according to usage.
